About Us

SV Hirakani sells handcrafted Khan Paithani home decor products — including torans, backdrops, devi vastra, aasans, and pouches — made by women artisans trained through the Hirakani Foundation in Nashik, Maharashtra. All products are handmade and kept in stock; they are not made to order.

Eligibility

This Website is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using this Website, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products

  • All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability.
  • Since each piece is handcrafted, minor variations in color, pattern, size, or finish between the product photograph and the delivered item may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade goods and do not constitute a defect.
  • Product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order confirmation will be honored.
  • We are not currently registered for GST; product prices do not include GST.

Orders

  • Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of stock unavailability or pricing errors).
  • Order confirmation will be sent to the contact details provided at checkout.
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Payment

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Additional payment methods may be added in the future and will be listed at checkout.
  • All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or general returns. Exchanges are only accepted for wrong or damaged items, subject to the conditions in our Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.
